Here's the EXAMINER puzzle that has opened a Pandora's Box. You already know that I'm "RKH," and that the "EU" is the European Union, but you can't decipher this puzzle without a "CAP" to work with. So, scroll down to get to that "CAP."
Above right. That's the cap. I saved my copy of the 2-24-2014 issue of TIME because I recognized the kid on the cover. It was me. The real me is on the left. That cap and gown photo on the left was taken on 6-4-1980, also my 18th birthday, just before we left for graduation ceremonies for Riverdale High. When you anagram the words on the graduation cap, "JUST HIRED" becomes "U HID 'R JETS." With my job in the Engine and Aircraft Records Department at Delta Air Lines, the anagram "U HID 'R JETS" left me wondering if the publisher's cryptic point was Eastern Airlines and their place in the Arizona Desert (google aircraft boneyard wiki). Some think it's possible to steal a jet from a bankrupt airline by making records vanish. I won't go into that office story from years earlier, but anyway, two weeks after this issue of TIME magazine was published, Malaysia Air Flight 370 vanished.
And it hasn't been seen since that day, 3-8-2014. You're thinking that maybe, with that story and my copy of TIME, I should have called the cops. I didn't call the cops, but on Halloween morning in 2015, there was one knocking at my door. I was watching the coverage of Russia's Metrojet Flight 9268 crash, and wondering what the cops are wanting here at my house. As it went, I was being sued by the Delta Air Lines Credit Union. Sounds unbelievable, but here's the Sheriff's Entry of Service Form from that Halloween morning:

Anyway, I didn't want to go to court. I contacted the Sheriff's Office in an attempt to get them to 'unserve' this Civil Action. I explained that I was not behind on mortgage payments, and that per OCGA 9-11-4, this suit was not properly served. I questioned the motives of the Delta Air Lines Credit Union.
I was not successful in catching Sheriff Victor Hill at the Courthouse, but I did have his email address. That's when my questions about MH370 and the 2-24-14 issue of TIME Magazine came up. I mentioned the debris that washed up on Reunion Island, and explained that the lost jet is probably there, where they found the flaperon.
Also, the TIME magazine cover photo was about Sarah E. Goode High School and it's corporate sponsor, IBM.
And it was American Philip Wood, and IBM employee, who was lost with Malaysia Air Flight 370.
Anyway, I was not successful in having the Entry of Service removed, and had to go to Fulton County Court for a jury trial. The Delta Air Lines Credit Union did not win their case. But I did lock down our discussions with the Sheriff's Office, and wanted part of the reward money if my clues led to the discovery of the aircraft.

So now you know the solution to the Examiner puzzle, and also the location of MH370. It will be a stone's throw from Reunion Island.
