Marvel's 'Prince Namor' comic book was first published in October, 1939

Note that the first five numbers in the UPC code on the Prince Namor comic is the date version of July 14, 1986.  As you see from the passport stamp above, that's the day before I went thru Checkpoint Charlie into East Berlin.  Coincidence?  No.  It's sometimes sardonically called 'the numbers racket,' as you will read under the hidden tab,  "Spy Games Leo."  But If you were on  the Jeopardy game show, and Alex Trebek's question for $800 was "Name a 'Prince namer,' " you would have is right if you said "Who is Queen Elizabeth, Alex."  The point will be made shortly.  That will be at the Buckingham Palace anagrams under the  "Anagrams" tab, but for now....

...you're asking to yourself "why do I think that the UPC number on the Prince Namor comic book has anything to do with my Checkpoint Charlie stamp from that day I spent inside East Berlin.  It took a long time and a lot of hauls of stuff to study for me to get the point.  Click on either of the 'hoarders' photos above for an explanation.
